Ao’ao O NÄ Loko I’a O Maui is looking for dedicated workers who have a passion for the Hawaiian culture, marine environment and would like to be apart of the revitalization and preservation of Ko’ie’ie Fishpond.

A Fishpond Stone Mason Supervisor and three Fishpond Stone Mason positions are currently available until April 24, 2009. The Supervisor must have experience in fishpond restoration, stone masonry or a similar trait and all positions should have knowledge of the Hawaiian culture, the marine environment and be able to effectively educate various age levels. Thanks to a grant received from the Office of Hawaiian Affairs, we are able to offer wages at $15/hr for masons and $25/hr for the supervisor.
