Kō‘ie‘ie Fishpond Cultural Canoe Tour
Aboard a Hawaiian outrigger canoe, you and your guests will paddle along the northern coast of Kīhei and experience Kō‘ie‘ie Fishpond and the nearshore waters of South Maui. You will be introduced to the Hawaiian culture as you glide by the walls of the fishpond and explore the marine environment filled with corals, turtles and humpback whales (during the season) in the far distance. You will also learn about our Hawaiian language as you listen to traditional Hawaiian chants recited by your tour guide.
This is the only Hawaiian Cultural Fishpond Canoe Tour on Maui and it’s been the highlight of many residents and visitors of Maui.
